Account Registration

Withdrawals

Withdrawals of funds from your winmyr88 Account are processed subject to the following conditions. winmyr88 targets a processing time of approximately 3 minutes for verified accounts; however, this is not a guaranteed timeframe and may vary depending on the payment provider, public holidays, and system load.

• KYC verification must be successfully completed prior to the first withdrawal;

Bonuses & Promotions

winmyr88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the applicable promotion page, in addition to the general provisions below.

• Each bonus offer is available for one use per eligible Account, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless the promotion page expressly permits this;
• All bonuses are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• winmyr88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice;

winmyr88 employs technology to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to matched betting using multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy rollover requirements, and coordinated bonus harvesting between linked accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account suspension.

All promotional offers have a defined validity period. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically without compensation. winmyr88 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the winmyr88 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product category (Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Crash Games, etc.) in addition to the general provisions below.

Account Termination

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winmyr88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the winmyr88 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in the governing jurisdiction.
